ABOUT PRIYANKA
Hi, I’m Priyanka! I’m a certified yoga teacher, advanced pranayama instructor, and certified teacher for cancer patients. With a Bachelor of Science degree and a gold medal in my field, I bring both a scientific and holistic approach to yoga. As a national-level player, my passion for health and fitness naturally led me to explore the deep connection between the body and mind through yoga. I believe that yoga is backed by science, and there’s research to prove its amazing benefits. I encourage my students to think, learn, and explore rather than following anything blindly. With experience in styles like Hatha, Yin, Yang, Restorative, Vinyasa, and Ashtanga, I offer a diverse range of practices suited to individual needs.
